- A telegram from Russian Tsar Nicholas II to the Honorable L.M. (Luman Moody?) Bogue of Colorado informing him that the Tsar had released Anna Strunsky Walling and her husband, William English Walling, and asking if Bogue knew the Wallings. The telegram is dated October 24, no year is given.
